We have confirmed about some network change on BGP network. Due to national meeting in China, the Ministry of Industry and Information requested our Shenzhen DC check network security. For some reason, Shenzhen DC blocked ping on both outgoing and incoming, other traffic is not affected. Maybe ping will be unblocked after 1 month.
