Known factors that may cause a delay delivery
1. Custom OS, such as Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1
2. The server's IP not assigned by DHCP, require manually configure.
3. The server need an uncommon network adapter/storage driver.

Known factors that may cause a failed delivery
1. Unusual network adapter, although we can install the OS, but the server is not accessible as there's no network adapter driver.
For example:
One of our test station, with Intel 82579V Gigabit Ethernet Adapter
Currently the only passed OS is Windows 2008 R2(All edition), 2003/2008/2012/2012 R2 failed as there's no supported network adapter driver.
2. Unable to hard reboot the server.

Known factors that may cause a failed installation
1. Unsupported hardware, such as a unusual RAID card / Network adapter or some unusual hardware.
2. Server resource can not meet the OS requirement.
3. The server's internet access require a specific software auth.
4. Require OS installed on GPT disk.
