First of all, please be patient for server setup, submit a ticket for RDP/SSH access or request us active your order is just wasting of time, if you want to delay your order, that's a good way. :)

For dedicated server orders, you can expect your server be ready in 2 working days, if you selected additional feature (KVM, Additional IP, USB Drive, etc), the setup may delay a little, please be patient for server setup. In some cases, we'll send you the server information first, the additional IPs and etc information will send to you later.
Notice: Windows server will take more time on OS setup.

 

For VPS users, the setup time depends on schedule and resource status, we'll process your order in 48 hours, generally in 2 hours. Once we start process your order, your VPS will be ready in 2 hours.

Notice: *nix will need more setup time as we do not have template for *nix users.

However, that's for most cases. We'll send you a notice if the server can not be delivered in time. If you are in a special situation, please let us know, we'll do our best to help you.
