Shanghai VPS Node SS-SH02 down. Fixed

170102 11:03(UTC+8) Our Shanghai VPS node SS-SH02 is down due to motherboard problem. We are working on it.
170102 12:15(UTC+8) We decided to setup a new node, the disks will be move to new server.
170102 14:00(UTC+8) New server hardware ready, now install the OS and do server stable tests.
170102 16:20(UTC+8) New node online now, we are moving data now.
170102 17:35(UTC+8) We are getting problem when importing VM data to new server, software engineer is working on it.
170102 19:10(UTC+8) We decide to build a new RAID on the node, then transfer all data.
170102 22:30(UTC+8) All VM online on new node now.
