The answer is Yes, for server edition, we can install Windows 2003 R2 -> Windows 2012 R2.
For desktop edition, all edition above xp can be installed.
>Is there any condition such as KVM/IPMI required?
No, the KVM/IPMI not required.
However, please contact us before order to confirm as some new servers do not have drivers for old OS.
