If you want to cancel a service/server, please send a cancellation at client area.
Steps:
1. Login the client area.
2. Choose 'Service' -> 'My Service'.
3. Find the service you want to cancel, then click 'View Details'.
4. Click 'Management Action' -> 'Request Cancellation'.
5. Enter the reason and choose a cancellation type. then click the 'Request Cancellation'.
Then you'll received a email confirmation about your cancellation details, the invoice related with the service will be canceled automatic.
