In following cases, your pending order may be mark canceled:

1. Inactive order. Generally, your order may be canceled after 2 hours if we haven't received the payment.

2. Customer's profile not detailed enough or considering the profile is fake.

3. Customer is registering multi account for promo.

4. High risk customer or black list.

If the order has be paid, we'll provide full refund(Paypal, Alipay, other payment gateway will be charge transaction fee.).

In some cases, customer will required to provide docs for account verify.
