[CN DCs] DNS Server Trouble. Fixed

Recenlty our own DNS server 101.230.xx.xxx in China is getting trouble due to ISP limit, we'll see if we can bring it back, also will update customers if we setup a new DNS server in China.
For VM being affected by this, please change to third part DNS, such as 114.114.114.114.
