[NC02] VPS hardware problem. Fixed

180825 2315 We noticed the NC02 node is down, now contacted DC to check.180825 2350 It seems like disk problem with server, we'll look into this and figure out a solution for it.
180826 0100 We've confirmed a failure HDD on the server, all data is not affected since we have RAID-5 on it, now we are backup VM data to another server.
180826 0420 We have finished the data backup for VM, now VMs are temporarily running on degraded array, new disk will be prepared for array rebuild.
180831 1320 The new HDD arrived DC, we'll schedule replacement.
180901 0010 The node will be shutdown for HDD replacement, considering RAID array rebuild, VMs may be offline for a while.
180901 0120 RAID array is rebuilding in background, all VMs back online, disk IO will be normal after rebuild done.
