181001 1730 UTC+8 The international access of Shenzhen BGP network is down, domestic access ok. Seems like HK peer problem.
181001 1800 UTC+8 We have contacted network center of DC for informaion, since it's national holiday in China, the fix progress may delay, what we can do is wating for their updates.
