[SS-GS02 VPS Node] Hardware problem. Fixed

190907 0330(UTC+8) Currently our GS02 VPS node is down due to hardware problem, we'll look into this ASAP.
190907 0720(UTC+8) We confirmed the problem caused by motherboard, replacement will be scheduled soon.
190907 0940(UTC+8) The motherboard replacement done, system up, VM will back online now.
