Dear customer,
We are writing to inform you of an upcoming change to our pricing for dedicated IPv4 addresses.
To continue providing high-quality network stability and expanding our global infrastructure, the monthly rate for FR/CA/SGP additional IPv4 addresses will increase from $3/pm to $4/pm.
Key Details
New Price: $4.00 per IPv4, per month.
Effective Date: May 16th, 2026
Scope: This change applies to all new and existing IP assignments.
Why is this changing?
In recent months, the global market has seen the cost of critical infrastructure components climb significantly and steadily. These cost pressures directly impact server hardware availability, and also affect the overall sustainability of the infrastructure ecosystem we operate and secure. Also as you may be aware, the global availability of IPv4 addresses has become increasingly limited. This scarcity has led to rising costs across the industry for acquiring and maintaining clean, reliable IP space. This small adjustment allows us to maintain the security standards and network performance you expect from our services.
What do you need to do?
Existing Services: No manual action is required. If you currently have additional IPs, the new rate will be automatically reflected in your next billing cycle.
