Reboot issue with CA02 node.fixed

Currently, our CA02 node have a reboot issue, it may caused by power supply, we have contacted datacenter to resolve this, the VPSes on this node may be offline during we check this issue.
Fixed, the issue is caused by a old driver bug, the driver have updated, we'll notice you if the node have any further problem.
