[Renqiu Datacenter] Network issue. Fixed

140118 22:50(UTC-6) Currently we having some problem with network in Renqiu datacenter.

140119 03:55(UTC-6) The issue is caused by fiber router, affected whole BGP network, now fixed.

If your VM is still unaccessable, please open a ticket.

141105 16:47 UTC-6 We have confirmed the node is being null router due to serious packet flood on a VM.

141105 17:01 UTC-6 We have suspended the abusing VM, the server network back normal now.
