[CN-Renqiu] International network issue. Fixed

140917 01:29 We noticed our servers in Renqiu, China Datacenter cannot be accessed from a international connect, only accessible from China Mainland ISP. We have contacted the datacenter's network engineer to look into this.

[CN-Renqiu] VPS node power reset. Fixed

There's a power issue with CN-Renqiu VPS node, the power supply replaced. Due to the power supply issue, VPS on the node down for 4 hours. Currently all VPS back online.
