[Product Update] Old FR-BV/MS/GS server bandwidth upgrade

The bandwidth of all old FR-BV/MS/GS server upgraded.
Details:
FR-BV servers upgraded to 100Mbps unmetered.
FR-MS servers upgraded to 200Mbps unmetered, as the connection to switch was 100Mbps, the upgrade need manual operation, may take up to 1 month.
FR-GS servers upgraded to 500Mbps unmetered.
